"Share & Pair Sundays" is a campaign encouraging people to gather on Sundays to enjoy wine, food, and friends. At Portland Wine Company, we’re proud to participate in this initiative by pairing wine, food, and some of our favorite things to do in our beautiful city!
Come in Thursday-Sunday until JUNE to enjoy a ½ glass of our featured wine and a snack for just $12. We’ll also have weekly food specials. In the spirit of “Share & Pair,” bring a friend or two (or three!).

The Wine: 2022 Sparkling Rosé of Cabernet Franc
Spring is here, the sun is out, and that puts us in the mood for bubbles! (Oh, who are we kidding? We’re always in the mood for bubbles!)
Our Sparkling Rosé of Cabernet Franc is full of red fruit flavor, with peaches and cream silkiness, and of course plenty of bubbles that make every glass feel like a celebration. This wine is only available in the winery bar, so if you haven’t tried it yet, this is your chance!

The sweet-savory balance of stuffed mini peppers mirrors those same qualities in our sparkling Cab Franc Rosé. Plus, the bubbles cut through the rich goat cheese, cleansing your palate after every bite.
Winery Bar Food Special: Harissa Hummus
Harissa hummus has become a mainstay in the winery bar because it goes well with our bright, acid-driven wines. For this pairing in particular, the spicy-tanginess of the harissa brings out the wine’s touch of natural sweetness.
A Pairing to Share at Home: Chili
Cabernet Franc is an ideal pairing for chili because it enhances the spices without amplifying the heat. With our sparkling Cab Franc Rosé, that effect is magnified, while emphasizing the wine’s bold fruit flavor.

Activity Pairing: Hang out in Montevilla
Montevilla is one of our favorite Portland neighborhoods for strolling, eating, and shopping. Check out this video for a quick look at some of the fun Montevilla has to offer. When you go, be sure to stop by the Monticello Antique Marketplace, but beware — you can easily lose several hours in there!
